You stay in charge
- They draft, people decide. Everything a helper prepares waits in one tray, with its reasons and the evidence. Approve, change or reject it in one click.
- You choose how much they do. Each helper can be switched off, set to suggest, to draft, or – once you trust it – to get on with simple work and tell you what it did. Anything involving money or customers starts at draft.
- They learn your way of working. Give them your house rules, and when you correct something they can remember it for next time.
- Everything is recorded. Each action shows which helper did it and who approved it, and each helper has a track record you can check.
- Costs are capped. Each helper has a monthly budget, with a warning before it’s reached.
- Your data stays yours. Helpers only see what the person they work for is allowed to see, and your company’s data is kept private to your company.
